scene1:Inverter upgrade failed due to a failure in parsing the display result.
Reason for failure:
The timeout setting for the upgrade task is too short, leading to a verification failure because the inverter and other devices have not completed the upgrade operation or the first data transmission after the upgrade has not yet reached the cloud platform.
Solution:
1. First, check if the machine has actually completed the upgrade through its LCD display; if it has, ignore the failure message on the software platform;
2. If the machine has not yet completed the actual upgrade process, please wait for the machine to finish upgrading and for all date logger indicator lights to reset to their normal state. Then, after approximately 3-5 minutes, check if the version information associated with this upgrade has been updated.
3. If the device has not completed the upgrade operation after checking steps 1 and 2, please confirm that the information of the firmware package used for this upgrade in the platform's 'Firmware Management' function is correct, and check if there are any incorrectly associated upgrade judgment fields;
4. If no issues are found after checking steps 1, 2, and 3, please confirm whether the ARM version, DSP version, and other related values of the inverter and other device will change after the firmware update. If these values do not actually change, the cloud platform will be unable to determine that the upgrade was successful.
scene2:Inverter upgrade failed, error: Command sending failed
Reason:
1. Data acquisition devices used by inverters and other devices are offline
2. Poor date logger network quality, unstable communication
Troubleshooting operation:
1. Check if the inverters or data collection devices on the platform are shown as online
2. Check if the indicator lights on the data acquisition device are working normally. Normally, a properly functioning device will have the NET light constantly on or blinking, and the Ready light blinking. If the indicator lights are not in their normal state, please refer to the device manual for network configuration or check the SIM card fee status.
3. If the network to which the data acquisition device is connected has poor communication quality, please try re-plugging the date logger and check the current router network and Ethernet network quality;
scene3:Inverter Upgrade Display Firmware Package Download Failed
The current Data Logger network quality is poor, and communication is unstable.
1. If the network connected to the Data acquisition device has poor communication quality, please try replugging the Data Logger and check the network quality of the current Router network and Ethernet network.
2. If a large number of connected devices are accessing the network to which the Data acquisition device is connected, Network Channel Congestion may occur. Please try connecting the Data Logger to an alternative network. If no other networks are available on-site, please try restarting the Router to alleviate the congestion.
3. Please confirm that the router network connected to the current Data Logger has no external network access restrictions.
Scenario 4: Handling Firmware Name Error During Inverter Upgrade Failure
Cause: Poor network quality and unstable communication with the current data logger.
Check the on-site network. Network latency may also cause firmware name errors. If the network is functioning properly, please provide the device SN, screenshots of the error, and other relevant information to contact the platform's after-sales support for verification and resolution.
