How to create an Internal member【SOLARMAN Business】
Account function permissions within SOLARMAN Business are role-based. Different functional permissions are assigned by defining distinct roles. When adding a member, the appropriate role is selected to ensure the differentiation and segregation of member function permissions.
1. Please first review the 'Roles' section to determine which permissions you wish to assign to the internal member.
2. Create departments via the internal organisational structure. Once departments are created, you can add associated internal employee accounts under that department's organisational structure. Select the 'Add New Member' button in the top right corner to access the 'Add New Member' page. You will need to complete the member account addition process by filling in the employee's basic information.
