Question 2:SOLARMAN How often is data refreshed on the SOLARMAN platform?
Data is normally uploaded every 5 minutes. To update the data on the SOLARMAN platform, you need to manually refresh the page.

Question 3:Can a Smart account be upgraded to a Business account?
No, Smart accounts and Business accounts are separate. If you want to log in to SOLARMAN Business, you will need to create a new Business account.

Question 4:How do I change the calculation method for electricity generation from a daily cumulative total to a cumulative total over the entire period?
Plant Settings—Electricity Calculation Method, you can select the method for calculating cumulative electricity generation (either using the cumulative generation data uploaded by the equipment or by summing the daily generation data from Plant).
