Solutions for Error Codes During Device Network Configuration

Scenario 1: Error Code -1000 During Device Network Configuration
Cause: Bluetooth not authorized, disabled, or unsupported
Solution: Enable Bluetooth authorization for the SOLARMAN app in your phone's settings


Scenario 2: Error Code -1001 During Device Network Configuration
Cause: Current Wi-Fi connection does not match the configured Wi-Fi network
Solution: Change the Wi-Fi network. Ensure the connection Wi-Fi matches the configuration Wi-Fi network.

Scenario 3: Error Codes -1003 / -1004 / -1005 / -1006 / -1007 / -1008 / During Device Network Configuration
Cause: Bluetooth device not detected / Bluetooth service discovery failed
Solution: Restart the device/app, toggle Bluetooth on/off, then reconnect the device

Scenario 4: Error codes -1009 / -1010 During Device Network Configuration
Error Cause: UDP connection failed / UDP data transmission failed
Solution:
Check if Wi-Fi is available.
Verify Wi-Fi is set to 2.4GHz. The device does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi.
Restart the app, toggle the Wi-Fi switch within the app, then reconnect.

Scenario 5: Error Codes -1011/-1012/-1013 During Device Network Configuration
Error Cause: Location services are disabled.
Solution: Enable the app's location permissions in your phone's settings.


Scenario 6: Error Code -1020 During Device Network Configuration
Error Cause: Device connection timed out (exceeded 60 seconds).
Solution: Restart the device/app, toggle Bluetooth on and off, then reconnect the device.

Solution: Verify the entered PWD matches the device's PWD and re-enter the correct PWD

Scenario 9: Error Code -2001 During Device Network Configuration
Error Cause: The entered WiFi SSID is invalid.
Solution: Ensure the SSID is not empty and does not contain special characters like , = ' ".

Scenario 10: Error Code -2002 During Device Network Configuration
Error Cause: The entered WiFi password is invalid.
Solution: Verify the WiFi password: It must be at least 8 characters long and cannot contain commas.

Scenario 11: Error Code -2003 During Device Network Configuration
Cause: The device SN entered does not meet specifications
Solution:
1. 10-digit numeric only
Example: 1234567890 must be exactly 10 digits and all numeric
2. 16-digit or longer alphanumeric combination
Example: ABCD1234EFGH5678 (16 characters)
Example: ABCD1234EFGH5678IJKL (20 characters)
Length must be ≥16 characters, and each character must be an alphanumeric character

Error Cause: Device WiFi connection anomaly
Resolution:
1. Verify the connected WiFi is 2.4GHz. 5GHz is not supported.
2. Confirm the phone is connected to WiFi.
3. Restart the router.
