Why there is no generation data in my APP【SOLARMAN Smart and Business】
Scenario 1:Logger or inverter is offline
If the logger or inverter are offline, there will be no data in the plant.
Please plug and unplug the logger again and ensure that your inverter communication address is 1. If it is not working, please press and hold the reset button of logger for 10 seconds, and then perform network distribution on it.
Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated.
Scenario 2: Production data is too small
Procedure: Submit a support ticket to contact us for verification and to determine if the log recorder firmware requires an upgrade.
Scenario 3: Data source is wrong
For solarman smart: Please navigate to plant settings--data source to check if this value takes from the inverter data summation
For solarman business: Please navigate to plant--Dashboard--more--plant settings--Data source to check if this value takes from the inverter data summation
