1. Basic Troubleshooting

① Check that the URL is correct

Users of the International Data Centre should use the new domain https://globalapi.solarmanpv.com to replace the old domain https://api.solarmanpv.com

② The CAPTCHA interface is disabled by default

3. If you are unable to resolve the issue yourself after reviewing the above documentation, please submit an after-sales support ticket.
