  • If you are the creator of the plant, please authorise the plant by the following way: Menu - Sharing, you can authorise the plant to your family members or other merchants.
    If you are not the plant creator, or do not have editing rights, please contact the plant creator to authorise.

  • SOLARMAN is a service provider for the platform. If you need to upgrade the firmware of the data logger, please provide your upgrade requirements to your installer or distributor for assistance in resolving the issue.

  • the API service is free for SOLARMAN Smart user. If you are a SOLARMAN Business user or an SOLARMAN Smart user with more than three Plant, you will be required to pay for the API service

  • Please make the change in the 'Account Information' section of the menu interface.
    SOLARMAN Smart: You can modify your username, phone number, and email information on the menu - Account - Account Information interface.
    SOLARMAN Business: You can modify your username, phone number, and email information on the "My" page, then proceed to "Settings" and finally "Account and Security" page.

  • If you forget your password but have a bound email or phone, you can click "Forgot Password" on the login page to reset it
    If your old email address/phone number is no longer in use and you cannot recall your login password, please provide the corresponding old and new account information and submit a support ticket in the Help Center to receive assistance.

  • Please verify whether the data logger and inverter under your plant are online. If the data logger is offline, try reconfiguring the network. If the inverter is offline, try unplugging and replugging the data logger.
    Please confirm whether the data source for the plant is set to “System Smart Selection.”

  • To locate the inverter you wish to control, navigate to the Device Library. Select the “...” icon in the upper-left corner and click Remote Control.
    If the Remote Control button displays an “Unavailable” prompt, your account lacks authorization for remote control operations. Please contact your dealer or equipment supplier to grant your account the necessary permissions.

  • The default data logger upload interval is 5 minutes. To change this setting, please contact your installer or inverter manufacturer for assistance.

  • Please follow these steps to establish a network connection:
    1. Connect to the data logger's AP network:
    Locate the data logger network:
    Enable WLAN on your phone or computer and search for a network named “AP_xxxxxxxx” (where xxxxxxx is the data logger's serial number).
    Connect:
    Select the data logger network and connect. The password can be found on the data logger itself.
    2. Access the configuration page:
    Open a web browser: After connecting to the data logger's AP network, open a web browser on your phone or computer.
    Enter the IP address: Type “10.10.100.254” into the browser's address bar.
    Login: Enter the username and password “admin”.
    3. Run the Setup Wizard:
    Navigate to the Setup Wizard: Locate the “Quick Setup” or “Setup Wizard” option.
    Scan Networks: The wizard will scan available Wi-Fi networks.
    Select Network: Choose the desired Wi-Fi network from the list.
    Enter Password: Input the Wi-Fi network's password.
    Enable Auto IP: Select “Enable” to automatically obtain an IP address.
    Click “Next” and ‘OK’: Follow prompts by clicking “Next,” then click “OK.”
    Restart: The data logger will restart, and you should now be able to connect to the Wi-Fi network.
    4. Verify Connection:
    Relogin: After restarting, relogin to the configuration page (10.10.100.254).
    Check if an IP address is obtained, signal strength is greater than 15, and the server is in a connectable state. If an IP address is not obtained, try reconfiguring.
