The data logger is connected to the Huawei inverter, but there is no inverter data on the platform.【SOLARMAN Business】

Please confirm that your installation is correct. The Data Stick connected to Huawei requires a 485 communication cable. Typically, our red wire connects to Inverter port 1, and the black wire connects to Inverter port 3. Additionally, please check if your Inverter's Communication Address is 1. If, after checking the above, you are still unable to get online, Please submit screenshots of the issue and relevant information via a support ticket for our assistance.
