Why is there no data displayed on the chart

Data display depends on whether the devices under the plant are online normally. Please check the status of the data logger and inverter in the device column.

If both the data date logger and inverter are online, please check if there is any data displayed on the inverter's interface.

If the date logger is offline, please try to reconfigure the network.

If the inverter is offline, please try to unplug and replug the data date logger.
