2. Check the data sources within the plant and determine the value of production
Based on the customer's situation, if the data source is from the electricity meter, then check whether the configuration of the meter at the production location is correct.
3. If the meter is installed in reverse, with data available in the forward direction but no data in the reverse direction, the actual production should be calculated in the forward direction. Confirm with the customer to modify the option for forward energy of the meter.
