Please check if the inverter is online
Inverter Offline: when the inverter is offline, the data logger is unable to collect and transmit faults to the portal, you need to resolve the inverter offline issue.
Inverter online: when the inverter generates faults, the data logger interacts with the inverter and transmits the collected faults to the portal for display. If there is a fault on the machine that the portal is not displaying, it may be that the fault is not in the list of faults provided by the inverter manufacturer and it is recommended that you contact your installer or device vendor to confirm this.
