SOLARMAN is the service provider of the platform and the manufacturer of the collector, we will collect and display the real-time data from the inverters, batteries and other machines on the portal through the data collector, if the data on the portal is not displayed or is displayed incorrectly, please check the data with the data on the machine to ensure that the data is consistent.
If the data is not consistent, please check whether the data source of the plant is set correctly. We recommend that you set up ‘intelligent Selection’.
