Why does the Cumulative Production in Real-time generation differ from the Total Production in History - Total?【SOLARMAN Business】
(1) Cumulative Production in Real-time generation: This defaults to the sum of 'Cumulative Production' uploaded by the Inverter.
(2) Total Production in History - Total: This is calculated by summing the daily Production from the day the Plant was created.
Two reasons explain the discrepancy. Firstly, if the Inverter was already generating power before the Plant was created, the 'Cumulative Production' uploaded by the Inverter will naturally contain data. In this scenario, the 'Cumulative Production in Real-time generation' will inevitably be greater than the 'Total Production in History - Total'. Secondly, if an Inverter is replaced during Plant operation, the "Cumulative Production" uploaded by the new Inverter will start from 0. This will inevitably result in the "Cumulative Production in Real-time generation" being less than the "Total Production in History - Total".
2. How can the two data sets be kept consistent?
To maintain consistency between these two data sets, you have two options: either set the Cumulative Production to be the sum of Daily Production, or add an Offset. For detailed instructions, please refer to the Plant Settings.
