Why can't I control devices via OPENAPI?【SOLARMAN Smart and Business】

Before controlling devices via OPENAPI, please ensure you have device control permissions on either the SOLARMAN Business or SOLARMAN Smart platform. If you lack these permissions, please contact the device manufacturer for authorisation. 

If you have device control permissions:     

If you have been authorised for 'custom instructions', please use interface 3.9 for control. For the 'content' (instruction details) required as a parameter in the interface, please consult the device manufacturer.      

If you have been authorised for a 'single instruction', control via API is not currently supported.      

If you have 'Batch Command' authorisation, API control is not currently supported.
