The rail-mounted data logger cannot connect to the internet via Ethernet, but the Ethernet cable is connected to the computer, and the computer is online. What could be the cause?
1: Check if a static IP address was previously configured on the data logger. You can reset the data logger to see if it can successfully connect to the Ethernet;
2: Access the router’s settings interface and check if it is using DHCP to obtain an IP address. If it is set to static, change it to DHCP mode.
