1: Confirm whether the Data Logger was previously configured with a static IP. You can reset the Data Logger to see if it can successfully connect to Ethernet. 
2: Access the Router's backend settings interface to check if it's obtaining an IP address via DHCP. If it's static, you need to change it to DHCP mode.
