A device has been added to the plant subsystem, why is there no data in the subsystem?

The data viewed within the sub-system of the plant is for electricity consumption statistics. The device added within the sub-system is an electric meter, and its configured installation position is on the grid side.

The customer was initially configured on the grid side and needs to be changed to the consumption side.

After the modification is completed, it is necessary to synchronize and modify the plant data source, changing the power consumption side of the data source to the meter.
