Flow Diagram Redesign

Business rules regarding node display, data metrics, node status, hierarchical relationships and flow directions have been standardised across the SOLARMAN Smart App and Web platforms.
The new version adopts a fixed layout featuring ‘central convergence plus vertical expansion to the left and right’


SOLAMRN Business Update

Device Unlinking Appeal Function Launched

Resolves the issue where ‘the device has already been added by another plant and cannot be unbound’: when encountering this prompt whilst adding a device, users may log in to an account with unbinding permissions to unbind the device themselves, or submit an appeal accompanied by on-site photographs showing the device’s serial number (SN) and proof of purchase. The platform will complete the review within two working days, with the result notified via text message, email or in-app message.
This feature is expected to be launched on the SOLARMAN Smart app by the end of 2026.


Super Administrator Change Feature Launched

Businesses can now independently change the super administrator via the SOLAMRN Business backend (web and app) without needing to contact the platform for assistance. This requires at least two platform accounts under the business account, and the new super administrator must be an activated account; following the change, the original super administrator is automatically demoted to a standard member, whilst account details are retained.


Self-Service Plant Transfer Function

Administrators can complete individual or batch plant transfers via the SOLAMRN Business Backend (web and app) without needing to contact the platform for assistance; the recipient may be an individual owner, an internal company member or an external merchant (only one of these roles may be selected at a time).
