Registration & Login【SOLARMAN Business APP】

Business Scenario

When you use the SOLARMAN Business APP for the first time, you need to register an account through the login page and then log in. If you already have an account or register through the SOLARMAN Business APP, you can directly enter the account number and password to log in. If you still have other doubts, you can check【Registration Process】and【Create a Plant】to complete the initialization steps.

Functional Overview


  • Register: Click the【Register】button to jump to the registration page. You need to complete the basic account information according to the prompts to complete the registration and use of the SOLARMAN Business account.
  • Log In: After completing the account registration, in the follow-up operation, you can choose three ways to log in: email login, mobile phone number login and user name login, enter the corresponding account number and password, and click the【Log In】button to enter SOLARMAN Business.
  • Forgot your password?: When you sometimes forget your password, you can choose to click the 【Forgot your password】 button on this page, and you can jump to the corresponding page to complete the password reset by sending a verification code with your mobile phone number or email address during registration, without affecting your operation and use Experience, as shown in the figure:

  • Multilingual Switching: In order to meet the needs of international users, SOLARMAN Business APP supports a total of 13 languages, namely: Simplified Chinese, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, French, Korean, Vietnamese, Dutch, German, Swedish, Japanese and Czech, etc., you can click the function in the upper right corner to switch the language to meet the needs of users in different regions, as shown in the figure:

  • Choose Region: In order to facilitate the convenient application of international regions, please select the region corresponding to your business scope. The system will access the data and services in the corresponding region according to your choice. The region mainly includes two options: “Mainland China" and “International". Through this selection, data isolation between the Chinese Mainland and the world will be completed and access experience will be improved.

  • Note: Please note that when using the “Choose Region" function, you need to confirm the selection of the corresponding region option. Otherwise, when selecting a different “Region" to access, you will temporarily be unable to log in to the account registered in the original region!

  1. Mainland China:If you belong to the business scope of Mainland China, you can select the “Mainland China" option by default, and the system will switch to the Chinese data center according to the option, so as to facilitate the business development and access to applications of customers in Mainland China.
  2. International:If you belong to the business scope of the international region, you can choose the “International" region by default. The options include other countries/regions in Asia, Europe, Africa, Oceania, North America, South America, and Antarctica, and support multiple choices. The system will switch to the international data center based on the options to meet the business application and access experience of international customers.
