To help users resolve issues more quickly on their own, a new “Help & Feedback” feature has been launched in both the “SOLARMAN Business” and “SOLARMAN Smart” apps.

  • Core Objective: Enable users to quickly find answers to common questions through self-service search.
  • Key Capabilities: The system features a built-in knowledge base that uses AI technology to understand users' queries and automatically return the most relevant answers.
  • Coverage: This feature is now available on the “My” page of both “SOLARMAN Business” and “SOLARMAN Smart” apps.
  • Feature Description: It provides quick access to frequently asked questions through preset categories and search functionality. Additionally, it aggregates knowledge in the backend and uses AI intent recognition algorithms to precisely recommended solutions.

How to Use the AI Chatbot

After entering “Help & Feedback,” you will see the AI chatbot interface. There are two main ways to get help:

  • Frequently Asked Questions: The interface displays a list of common questions; simply click one to quickly view the answer.
  • Ask a Question: You can type the specific issue you’re facing into the text box at the bottom, and the system will provide an intelligent response.
  • Rate Answers: Below each reply, there are “Like” and “Dislike” buttons to indicate whether the answer is helpful. This feedback is crucial for the platform’s future improvements.
