Open Data Online User Guide
Open Data currently supports only P1 meter readers, smart meter sockets, smart rail-mounted meters, and near-infrared meter readers. For specific models and supported firmware versions, please refer to the Open Data online user manual.

If you encounter any issues whilst using the software, please refer first to the ‘Error Codes’ section in the documentation.
Note: The products listed above support Open Data only; they do not support OpenAPI. The relevant functionality was released via Energy Ease in June 2026. SOLARMAN products do not currently support this functionality.
