Causes:
Incorrect inverter address
Incompatible protocol between inverter and data collector
Abnormal communication wiring
Damaged repeater
Solutions:
1. Verify inverter address range; addresses 1 or 100 are invalid.
2. Confirm inverter model and protocol compatibility with the data collector.
3. Inspect communication cable connections between inverters and anti-backflow boxes for proper contact.
Replace the repeater.
Via the web interface, review device details connected to the data collector to confirm connected units, identify problematic inverters, and inspect their wiring.
Scene 2: Inverter is actually online but displays offline in the plant
Solution:
1. Verify if the data collector was replaced but not bound to the plant. Rebind it.
2. If the issue persists, contact platform after-sales support for resolution.
