Please log in to your SOLARMAN Smart account, navigate to the menu bar, then select 'Account Information' and 'Account Deletion' to proceed with deletion. Before deleting your account, all household information associated with your SOLARMAN Smart account must be removed. This includes households you have created and those authorised to you. Please follow the on-screen prompts. 

If you are not the account creator, please contact the account creator for deletion.
