How do I authorize others to use my plants?【SOLARMAN Business and Smart】

Authorize another merchant
If you are the Plant Creator, please go to the Data Dashboard – and select 'Authorise Plant' to grant authorisation.
If the Merchant has not created an account, please create a Merchant account directly using the information provided on the page.
If the Merchant has already registered an account, click the blue text 'Click here' to search by Merchant name, mobile number, or email and then grant authorisation.
If you are not the Plant creator, please contact the Plant creator for authorisation.
Authorized for end users
If you are the plant creator, please go to the power station page and select “Authorize Plant” to grant authorization.
If the end user has not yet created an account, please create an account directly.
If the end user has already registered an account, please click the blue text “Click Here” to search for the account and grant authorization.
If you are not the plant creator, please contact the plant creator to obtain authorization.
SOLARMAN Smart
1. After logging into your account, click the “Menu” section.2. Click “Share”.3. Select the role to authorize.4. When sharing, you can choose Standard Member Permissions, which allow viewing plants but not making any modifications.5. Alternatively, select Super Administrator Permissions, which allow editing power plants but not deleting them. After confirming the permissions, click “Confirm”.6. Enter the account to authorize and search. After confirming the account, click the Add button.7. Authorization is complete after clicking Add.
p.s.
1. A single Plant can authorise a maximum of 5 Merchants per day. If this limit is exceeded, the message “Exceeded daily Merchant authorisation limit” will be displayed.
2. A single Plant can authorise a maximum of 5 Users per day. If this limit is exceeded, the message “Exceeded daily User authorisation limit” will be displayed.
3. A single Plant can authorise a maximum of 20 Merchants in total. If this limit is exceeded, the message “Exceeded cumulative Merchant authorisation limit” will be displayed.
4. A single Plant can authorise a maximum of 20 Users in total. If this limit is exceeded, the message “Exceeded cumulative User authorisation limit” will be displayed.
5. This does not affect already authorised Merchants and Users.
