Flow Chart Display Issues【SOLARMAN Smart and Business】

Overall Troubleshooting Approach

1. Verify data source accuracy
2. Confirm correct plant type selection
3. Ensure equipment is online
4. Check if the following scenarios resolve the issue
5. If all checks pass and scenarios fail to resolve, contact platform support

Scene 1: Flow chart shows only generation, grid, and consumption data without battery metrics

Verify the system type is set to: Generation + Grid + Consumption + Battery. Only the correct type selection will display distinct flow chart data.

Scene 2: Power data and bar chart data are not displayed in the plant's flow chart.

Troubleshooting Steps:
Check if devices under the plant are online. If offline, reconfigure the network. Refer to the network configuration guide: Wheat Merchant App - WiFi Configuration
If online, verify the data source settings within the Plant device.
As shown below, the Plant device only has a data logger and inverter, but the data source is incorrectly set to Sum Meter. This causes no data for grid power, battery power, or consumption power. The data source should be set to Smart Select or manually configured as Sum Inverters.

Check if the inverter under the Plant device has the Battery Status parameter. Not all inverters support this.
If the inverter has battery status but multiple inverters exist under the plant, verify that the battery status is consistent across all inverters. Consistent battery status is required for proper display.

Scene 3: Historical Data Discrepancies with Live Chart Data

Power data, live status, SOC, plant communication status, alarm status, and last update time in the live chart are updated via push notifications upon change. Users need not refresh the interface to view the latest data.
Historical charts (e.g., daily) display 5-minute hourly data, which may appear later than real-time data in live charts.

Scene 4: Plant devices have electricity consumption data, but it does not appear in the live chart

Troubleshooting Steps
1. Verify if the inverter has electricity consumption data
2. Confirm the data source is correct
3. Ensure the selected plant type is correct
If the plant is set to full feed-in (no electricity consumption), change it to surplus feed-in.
