All Plants are missing after I logged into my Merchant Account?【SOLARMAN Business】
1. Please confirm that you have logged into the correct Data Centre. You can select the appropriate Data Centre on the login homepage.
2. If you have selected the correct Data Centre, you may try resetting your password using the 'Forgot Password' function.
3. If none of the above methods work, Please submit screenshots of the issue and relevant information via a support ticket for our assistance.
